  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our Website shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
  • Many products on our page require care in handling and use. Glass and glass dust can be sharp and can cut. Please use caution and protective equipment if desired. Resin can be caustic to some individuals. Read all information, warnings, and precautions and take necessary care in use. Refer to the ArtResin.com website for information about the specific resin I use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Refund & Return Policy

At Beach Vibe Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us! Below are our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with our product!  Please contact us at bvdventuraca@gmail.com, if you have any problems, questions or concerns about the item you received.  We will work diligently with you, to make it right!  

  • Refunds are limited to damaged in transit.
  • Returns will be refunded upon our receipt of the product back in the same condition as advertised.  Return mailing cost will be be paid by the buyer.  
  • Damaged in transit requires photographs be emailed to bvdventuraca@gmail.com.

2. Refund Process

  • If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at bvdventuraca@gmail.com within two (2) days of receipt for assistance.

3. Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2  business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer and will have estimated shipping times communicated via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping through USPS or UPS.
  • We ship only within the United States.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at bvdventuraca@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
